With Gabo Camnitzer, Elian Chali

Artists Gabo Camnitzer and Elian Chali will lead a gathering that explores silence as a form of public statement-making, and how this approach traverses multiple sensory experiences. This workshop invites direct participation through listening, movement, candy-eating, and informal message writing – but almost no verbal communication. Participants will be guided by Gabo and Elian, in small and large groups, through a set of gestures and instructions in a friendly and responsive environment. 

ASL interpretation will be provided. All ages are welcome.
