Join this profound experience of accessing the elements of nature to come back into your body in times of dysregulation or misalignment. Nature-based coach Raynelle will guide you through a visual journey into your chosen location in nature to find clarity, healing, and grounding. ***This course WILL NOT be broadcasted outdoors***
