If you could sing a song to an entire block, would you do it? What would that song, a siren song, a love song to the city be? During this evening, CTHQ will open its windows and turn speakers outward while participants will briefly and playfully misuse decommissioned police audio equipment, letting their songs and voices be carried through the late-summer atmosphere.
