Canal Street Research Association hosted a fictional office holiday party at CTHQ. The event featured cocktails, tunes, and churros provided by Street Vendor Project.

Canal Street Research Association is a fictional office entity dedicated to studying the ebbs and flows of Canal Street, New York’s counterfeit epicenter. Join us in celebrating underground ecologies of the city, and another year of research into informal markets and subterranean channels.

Call for donations

In collaboration with artist Guadalupe Maravilla, CTHQ collected donations of winter coats for new immigrants and asylum seekers. All donations were distributed by the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn.
